Hi. I'm Steve Markosky, founder and Principal at Partners In Results.
I started Partners In Results to provide Finance / Accounting and Management consulting services to organizations that are navigating significant changes and/or that need "an upgrade." Your specific circumstances, and what form that upgrade might take, can vary widely.
Whether things are going GREAT, and it's a matter of keeping up or investing for the next leap .... Or if things may not be working quite right for one reason or another ....

My 30+ year career has focused on mastering the financial and leadership skills needed, and on partnering with CEOs and leadership teams, to navigate many types of significant business change, and always stay focused on driving Results.

I’m a 30+ year Finance Executive who filled up a toolkit over that time that I now provide to clients. In brief, those 30+ years include
- Education spanning formal programs, leadership training, and a great many "business laboratory" experiences, with 15 years of foundational and leadership development in General Electric (GE)
- Company Sizes large and small, from $10M to $7B in revenues
- Various company Ownership Models: public, private equity, family, ESOP
- "Industry Agnostic": with experience in heavy manufacturing, equipment servicing, aerospace, energy and utility, automotive, professional services, software and SaaS, logistics, architecture / engineering / construction (AEC), and payments / Fintech
- Locations domestic and international, with a total of 7 years spent living outside the U.S , and dozens of years managing global operations
- Across Company Life-Cycle Stages: from rapid domestic and global growth, to mergers acquisitions and divestitures, to steady-state, and turnarounds or restructurings.
