The kinds of engagements that Partners In Results performs can vary considerably in scope, complexity, and duration. Because of that, a single simple answer isn't possible. A structured "product" may have a fixed price per use or to download. For more complex situations we will work with you to structure a fair and competitive hourly or day rate for our services, taking into consideration the content of the engagement.
At the moment, Partners In Results is a single consultant - Steve Markosky. However, we can assemble a team for your engagement consisting of of varying functions and skill/experience levels, as needed.
The answer depends on the specifics of the client engagement. I reside in Central / Southwest Ohio (Columbus and Dayton areas). I also have a home near Atlanta, GA. In those geographies, in office or hybrid works. Outside those geographies, some time in the office, with reimbursement for travel expenses, and the rest of the time remote, is the most likely model. I have managed remote teams (for instance Europe-wide) since long before COVID, and am as comfortable in that model as I am in the office.
We are nothing if not flexible. We can work with your forms or start from ours.
